Our Warren, NJ office is looking for a Client Service Manager to serve as the liaison between the client and the Financial Advisor (FA). This person will support the Financial Consulting Center. You will work with all aspects of the client experience, including financial paperwork and financial account review preparation. (This position has hybrid work options after a training period.)
**Job Functions**
**Accurate completion of client paperwork and account set up**
* Support Advisor Team to ensure the completion of prospect and/or client paperwork and account set up. Includes but not limited to required WEAS advisory paperwork, custodial paperwork
* Establish and maintain complete and accurate client account records in Salesforce (CRM)
* Timely follow up for client documents
* Submission of all completed and signed documents to suitability for review and approval
+ Accurate tracking and reporting of account transition
**Industry / Product / Company Knowledge**
* Demonstrates knowledge and can accurately execute WEGs Suitability Guidelines and operational processes
* Understand financial terminology and products
**Client Relationship Management**
* Prepare account transactions, deposits, withdrawals, RMDs, etc
* Communicates to understand client requests, determines what needs to be done; communicates to the advisor and/or handles issue resolution
* Gather client data and may assist with the preparation of materials for client meetings and reviews
* Completes and reviews follow up needs for client
**Education/Skill Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in business; finance, economics or related
* 2-4 years of industry experience and client service experience
* Series 7,and 66,or 7, 65 and 63 licenses required
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Ability and interest to learn financial concepts and products
* Ability to work with deadlines, be flexible under pressure and prioritize work
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to work as a team member
* Microsoft Office and Salesforce preferred
**OSHA Requirement**
This position requires the ability to:
* Stand or sit for long periods of time,
* File documents in high or low cabinets,
* Ability to use the telephone and computer systems,
* Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
* Ability to travel independently
