Lands‘ End Outfitters is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing automation platform to drive lead generation and customer engagement strategies effectively for a B2B organization. This is a hybrid role and will work on-site in Dodgeville, WI for 3 weeks each month (schedule - Monday-Thursday onsite, Friday remote). Responsibilities Design, execute, and optimize complex marketing automation workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. Develop and execute sophisticated email marketing campaigns including dynamic content, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Create and maintain automated lead nurturing workflows. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of marketing automation with CRM and other systems. Create and manage audience segments, ensuring accurate targeting, data hygiene, and personalized communications. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to understand effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimization. Skills Proven experience of 2+ years working with Salesforce Account Engagement ideally in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation platforms. Proficiency in developing and executing email marketing campaigns and workflows. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Bonus: Experience working with Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) Ability to travel 10 days per year.
