As a key member of the Lands' End team, you will play a critical role in driving category growth through the product development process. Your responsibilities will include financial planning, profit and loss analysis, and the development of new products that meet the company's vision and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in buying or merchandising, preferably in a catalog, specialty, or department store environment.
- 5-10 years of experience in product development, preferably in apparel.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
The pay range for this position is $70,400 - $129,200. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors, including relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
