As a key member of the Lands' End team, you will play a critical role in driving category growth through the product development process. Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

The pay range for this position is $70,400 - $129,200. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors, including relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation.
