Position Overview: Lands' End Outfitters is in search of a meticulous and seasoned Marketing Automation Expert to enhance our vibrant marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and refine our marketing automation system to effectively drive lead generation and customer engagement strategies tailored for a B2B context.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence for three weeks each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and enhance intricate marketing automation workflows utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Develop and execute advanced email marketing initiatives, incorporating dynamic content, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance evaluation.
• Establish and maintain automated lead nurturing processes.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of marketing automation with CRM and other systems.
• Manage audience segments to guarantee precise targeting, data integrity, and personalized communication.
• Track and assess campaign performance metrics to gauge effectiveness, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and offer optimization recommendations.
• Create improved landing pages using MCAE landing page builder, employing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AMPscript to enhance user experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce Account Engagement, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce) and their integration with marketing automation tools.
• Expertise in crafting and executing email marketing campaigns and workflows.
• Analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, derive insights, and make informed decisions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Middleware (e.g., MuleSoft).
• Willingness to travel up to 10 days annually.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
