As a Merchandising Specialist, your primary role will be to enhance the swimwear category through effective product development strategies. Your key responsibilities will encompass financial oversight, profit and loss management, the introduction of innovative products, and the assessment of current offerings. Collaboration with Design, Creative, Quality, and Inventory teams will be essential in various aspects, including: catalog product content, style quality and fit, and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in buying or merchandising within catalog, specialty, or department store settings.
• 5-10 years of experience in product development specifically in apparel.
• A collaborative team player with the ability to engage effectively with diverse communication styles.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities are essential.
• Proven capability to prioritize and manage projects from inception to completion within established timelines.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be organized and self-driven.

The compensation range for this role is $70,400 - $129,200. An employee's salary within this range will be determined by various factors including relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and organizational needs. This position may also qualify for annual merit increases, bonuses, and/or incentive compensation.
