The Senior Plant Manager is responsible for overall production and continuous improvement activities over 3 sites in Indiana. This position will provide a high level of leadership for the employees and drive the overall performance while ensuring a safe work environment, profitable growth, outstanding customer service, and employee development. Responsible for Operations, Maintenance, Materials, Continuous Improvement, and Safety.
Position reports to a regional Director of Operations.
Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred
11+ years in mfg, 7+ years in leadership
Worked in low volume manufacturing
Held Plant Manager title (or equivalent) for at least 2 years
LSS training and practical application
Prior work in metal fabrication preferred but not required
Ability to travel to other sites at least 1x a week (1 hour away)
US Citizen or green card holder
Compensation
$170 – 190k base, 25% bonus, stock, lump sum relo
