HR Generalist will help support the HR Business Partner (HRBP) in day-to-day HR administration and activities. Serve as a partner to the HR team, and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase retention. 1. Partner with HRBP and hiring managers on new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience. 2. Develop, implement, and manage recruitment strategies inclusive of job posting, resume review and screening, interview scheduling, candidate correspondence, and notifying candidate of the hiring decision process. 3. Conduct initial phone interviews for open positions, generate and maintain offer letters, conduct background checks, and applicant reference checks for potential new hires. 4. Act as a point of contact for general employee inquiries. 5. Provide guidance and interpretation to employees on policies and procedures. 6. Track movement across the employee cycle - new hires, transfer and/or promotion of employees into new roles and exits. 7. Responsible for the maintenance of employee files in accordance with all state and federal requirements and ensure documents are tracked and filed in a timely manner. 8. Partner with the payroll and benefits department to track employee leaves, payroll/benefits related inquiries and process workers’ compensation claims. 9. Partner with HRBP and hiring managers on new hire onboarding to ensure a seamless, efficient onboarding experience. 10. Partner on the logistics for all in-house trainings, presentations and orientation sessions. 11. Partner to assist with initiatives to improve employee engagement. 12. Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. 13.
