Adecco Creative & Marketing is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across corporate functions, with a particular focus on finance, operations, and logistics roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality candidates who align with our company’s values and objectives.


This role is onsite 4x a week in Secaucus, NJ. This is a direct hire opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for corporate functions, including finance, operations, and logistics roles.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ skills and qualifications.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools, platforms, and networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, with a focus on recruiting for corporate functions.
  • Strong experience recruiting for finance, operations, and logistics positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in [specific industry or company type, if applicable].
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
