Main Responsibilities- Payroll Administration
- Ensure the Admin and Payroll activities for all NA employees, ensuring compliance with local relevant tax law, social security, audit, and Handbook Company policy alignment.
- Partner with the Payroll outsourcer and with the internal team to ensure bi-weekly Payroll processing, salary payment, and accounting reporting. Fulfillment to all relevant periodical compliance audits and reporting, including year-end.
- Benefits Administration
- Partner with relevant vendors and internal functions to manage and administer Benefit Programs/Open Enrollment, including but not limited to the maintenance of medical, dental, disability, life insurance, FMLA, flexible spending accounts, COBRA.
- Partner with outside consultants, legal counsel to prepare and execute benefit documentation such as original and amended plan texts, benefit agreements, insurance policies, and required amendments to vendor contracts.
- Employee Savings Plans
- Partner with vendor to manage the administration of employee savings plans (US & CANADA). Act as liaison with savings plan record keeper, investment advisor, external auditors, and legal counsel. Coordinate efforts associated with tax and ERISA compliance audits and reporting.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all pertinent federal and local regulations, filing, and compliance requirements affecting employee benefit programs (including ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, Section 125, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Social Security, DOL requirements, etc.).
- Ensure the management of the Retirement Plan 401k Administration and Compliance.
- Wellness Programs
- Design and manage programs for Company wellness programs and activities.
- Years of experience in Admin Payroll/Benefits and/or C&B management role
- Strong and proven technical Admin, Payroll & benefits skills
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple priorities and complex issues
- Prior Management Experience
- Must be well-organized
- Education/Certifications: Degree in Business Economics or equivalent Degree
