The Best Western Plus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, ensuring that all departments deliver exceptional guest service and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hotel Profitability:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance
- Implement effective cost controls and optimize resource allocation
- Asset Management:
- Ensure that all hotel assets are maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to address any issues or concerns
- Guest Satisfaction:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and complaints
- Ensure that all staff members are trained to provide exceptional guest service
- Human Resources:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Implement effective performance management and development programs
- Ensure that all staff members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Personal Development:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in hotel operations management
- Proven track record of success in improving hotel profitability and guest satisfaction
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
- Work in a fast-paced hotel environment
- Occasional travel may be required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
