Comfort with testing and iterating to improve efficiency is key.
  • Develop ongoing training programs for new and existing staffers; regularly evangelize best practices throughout the organization, partnering with other content strategy and SEO team members, editorial leadership, and more.
  • Lead regular meetings and provide recaps that will be shared with all editors, editorial leadership, and executives that highlight insights, report on experiments, and celebrate wins.
  • Partner regularly with other teams, including affiliate commerce, ad sales and marketing, product and engineering, consumer marketing, and more around launching new experiences and improving existing promotions.
