Position Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Director of Field Marketing that will lead a field marketing team that fully develops and executes Florida cannabis campaigns and events.

You should be strategic and analytical in nature, amplifying the reach and scope of our events across all marketing channels from In-store to Instagram. You will constantly be interacting with operations, retail, promotions, compliance, and the individual retail locations to make sure our marketing events are on point and drive new customers and new business.

You will play a pivotal role in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and events to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent project management skills, team leadership and a deep understanding of marketing principles and compliant Florida cannabis events.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field experience preferred. Three or more years of relevant and stable marketing work experience with at least 1 or more years of experience working in a high to mid-level leadership capacity such as a Director, Senior Coordinator, Supervisor, Manager, or similar role preferably with some exposure to the cannabis retail environment. Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, team leadership and time management skills. Data-driven decision-maker with a results-oriented mindset with a passion for innovation and creativity in field marketing.
