All-Lift Systems is looking for a Account Manager to join the Team. The Account Manager will be responsible for hunting and organic growth for all products and services to existing and potential customers.
Role objectives:
Drive sales growth through effective communication and product diversification
Hunting down projects and other opportunities to drive organic growth in assigned accounts
Build relationships with decision makers
Know and understand their business and key parts/values of the decisions process
Makes personal sales calls at customer sites on a daily basis
Drive YOY revenue and margin gains
Manage and support contracts
Managing 15-30 accounts
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide world class customer experience
Resolve all customer concerns or issues in timely and fair manner
Hold business reviews by location to show YOY improvements
Seeks out perspective business opportunities with new and existing customers
Establishes and maintains customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales
Stay current on existing and emerging product and technologies
Introduces and demonstrates new products to assigned accounts
Be the lead on closing quoted repairs, products and services within your accounts
Attends product training classes to develop superior product knowledge to handle customer applications
Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
Maintains a professional working image in self and work environment including company provided vehicle
Assists customers with problem solving, project layout/design, pricing, and project management
Develop and maintain a sales forecast to help analyze market conditions and or changes in assigned territory for maximum productivity and sales growth
Implement a sales plan to support sales and profitability goals
Requirements
Qualifications:
Three (3) years of relevant sales and industry experience or equivalent combined education and on the job experience. Associates Degree or higher preferred.
Strong aptitude for technical applications
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
Industry knowledge or ability to quickly learn
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats, including sales presentations, demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment
Valid driver license with no OWI / DUI convictions, must show proven safe driving record
Physical Ability Requirements:
Ability to visit and move around at customer facilities, construction and other work sites, including the ability to maneuver in tight or small places
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time including as a driver or passenger in an automobile
Ability to use a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for long periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work related materials that frequently weigh up to 75 lbs. and may sometimes weigh 100lbs.
