Your Role: Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Training Partner

As the Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Training Partner, you will be vital to the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, managing daily sourcing activities. You will collaborate with recruiters and TA Leadership to coordinate sourcing for both active and passive candidates. Additionally, you will lead and support recruiting training, ensuring the adoption of our Candidate Relationship Management platform and other tech systems. As an experienced Talent Acquisition partner, you will also oversee the recruiting process for confidential and executive-level searches.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Manages the full lifecycle recruiting process for confidential and executive-level searches
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Lead Team and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Drive team adoption for our Candidate Relationship Management platform by leading recruiter training and building recruiter resources within the tool
  • Develop communications, training materials, and job aids to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technology
  • Partner with TA Operations Reporting team to measure technology adoption and effectiveness
  • Work closely with recruiters and coordinators to understand their daily processes and identify opportunities for improvement or efficiencies
  • Assist with the onboarding and training of recruiters
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR technology, and sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience building pipelines and sourcing within a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform
