Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process. This role is pivotal in sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates while providing insights and recommendations based on industry knowledge and strategic goals. A successful candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a dedicated work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract candidates through diverse sourcing methods to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Evaluate candidates by reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and prepare relevant interview materials.
  • Participate in the interview process alongside hiring managers.
  • Act as a consultant and advocate for hiring managers during the selection process, making informed recommendations based on interviews and candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize and extend job offers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System in real-time.
  • Support the HR team with onboarding and other related projects.
  • Promote our employment brand and leverage it throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience across various roles in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
  • Strong urgency and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work independently in ambiguous situations.
  • Sharp eye for talent with the capacity for sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Proficient in engaging with professionals at all organizational levels.
  • Adaptable to changes in priorities and flexible in approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying information across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and senior management.
