IU Health has an outstanding opportunity available for a Talent Sourcing Campus Consultant to join our team. This position will be a Full-time day shift role, working Monday- Friday in a remote capacity with occasional onsite requirements.

This Consultant focuses on identifying and attracting top talent from schools, universities, colleges, and training programs for various roles within our organization. This Consultant builds and maintains relationships with educational institutions, manages campus recruitment events, and implements innovative sourcing strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates. The Consultant also researches, develops, and implements recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions and collaborates closely with stakeholders, talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-potential students and recent graduates for various healthcare roles.

This Consultant utilizes social media, job boards and other digital platforms to reach a broad audience. Plans, organizes, and attends campus recruitment events such as career fairs, information sessions, and on-campus interviews. Coordinates logistics and ensures a strong employer presence. Reviews resumes and conducts screening discussions to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our values of diversity and inclusion. Maintains accurate and up to date candidate records, and tracks recruitment metrics to help evaluate the effectiveness of our campus recruitment efforts and ensures all recruiting practices comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements. The Consultant stays current on trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and shares knowledge and insights with the team.

  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience. Previous recruiting/campus recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM) preferred.
  • Requires up to 30% travel.
