IU Health has an outstanding opportunity available for a Sourcing Consultant to join our team. This role will be a full-time day shift role, working Monday-Friday in a remote capacity.

The Sourcing Consultant focuses on inclusive hiring practices through sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent from all backgrounds, using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and community outreach. This Consultant does research, develops, and implements recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates for open positions and builds relationships with external organizations, universities, and community groups to expand our talent pipeline and promote inclusive hiring initiatives.

The Sourcing Consultant collaborates closely with stakeholders, talent sourcing team, talent acquisition consultants and hiring managers to develop tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions and interview processes that prioritize diversity, equity, and inclusion. Conducts screening discussions to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and alignment with our values of diversity and inclusion. Tracks and analyzes recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our inclusive hiring initiatives and collaborates with leaders for areas for improvement. And stays current on trends and best practices related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment and shares knowledge and insights with the team.

  • Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required, or equivalent years of experience. Previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management system (CRM) preferred.
