SUMMARY:

He/she will be part of the IT Digital and CRM area. This resource will oversee the functional

requirements and evolution of our CRM platform, which is based on MS Dynamics365

technology. They have to collaborate with business stakeholders as well as with colleagues

from the IT department to ensure interoperability between systems, maximizing synergy

between business processes.

ECommerce is another strategic area that needs to be supported and further expanded with additional

business requirements and strategic features. The resource will be part of the Information

Technology Department and report to the IT Director. Will work in a global and international

environment, leading 2 other resources.

Main activities: • Improve, enhance, and support the entire Digital and CRM areas working with our

Dynamics365 platform • Improve the eCommerce and suggest future enhancements by collaborating with the

right stakeholders • Work closely with the business to identify challenges and areas for improvements • Select and support the implementation of new solutions and new business processes • Identify possible corrective/improving actions and definition of change requests and

adoption plan • Support business requirements specification • Enjoy learning new business processes to translate them into technical

solutions • Provide expert support to key stakeholders • Lead and support the development of their areas and people

Soft skills: • Excellent proficiency in the English language and willingness to travel abroad • Ability to interact continuously with the business, speaking the same language • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Attitude for problem setting and problem-solving
