Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team In this position, the Admin Assistant will be responsible for answering phones, parts ordering, permits, inspections and OSHA related activities. Work week M-F 25-30 hours per week. Training for these activities will be provided. *** This is a great part-time job for a retiree, a Mom with school age children or someone returning to the workforce. ***

Responsibilities:

  • Research sourcing and pricing for service parts
  • Create sales invoices and purchase orders
  • File permit applications
  • Schedule county inspections
  • Input customer information into CRM
  • Create sales invoices and purchase orders
  • Make outbound telephone calls to customers regarding service parts and county inspections.
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and field questions
  • Maintain OSHA records. Oversee and coordinate meeting OSHA requirements
  • Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Phone skills
  • Honesty, integrity, confidence and a good work ethic
