Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Training Specialist to join our team at Qubica AMF. As a Field Training Expert, you will be responsible for delivering product training to customers and end-users of our products, with a primary focus on STS (Scoring and Technology Solutions) related products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Training Delivery: Provide product and technical training for different scoring software and related products offered by Qubica AMF to customers and other end-users in a one-to-one or small group setting.
  • On-Site Training: Travel to the job site and conduct on-site product training for customers.
  • Customer Interviews: Conduct customer interviews and utilize experience and judgment to design appropriate training agendas for each customer.
  • Training Support: Provide Training Support for customers after the initial training has been completed. Respond to inquiries concerning product operations and execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Interface between customers and Technical Support, Project Management, Installation Teams, and other related departments to assist in identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to help find resolutions for the customer.
  • CRM Management: Utilize Microsoft CRM to upload customer data and reports, training summaries and research customer technical issues.
  • Installation and Service: May install or assist service personnel with installation, service or support of different products offered by Qubica AMF.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide updates, status reports and completion information to manager, Technical Support Team, Project Management team via voicemail, email or in-person communication.
  • Problem Tracking: Identify and tracks problems and customer related issues with Manager when needed or required.
  • Training Tool Development: Assist in the development of training tools for new products and services.
  • Training Participation: Participate in Training sessions.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Experience: Knowledge of commonly used training concepts, practices, and procedures. Software Field Training experience preferred.
  • Customer Focus: Total commitment to customer satisfaction and service.
  • Problem Solving: Expert problem solver and solution finder.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical knowledge into plain, easy to understand language for the end user.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to take on any challenge, big or small.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office products. Good working knowledge of Microsoft CRM. Knowledge of basic computer networking configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with QubicaAMF automatic scoring and management systems a plus.
Work Environment

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Travel Requirements

Travel will be up to 80% of the job requirements.
