Your Responsibilities:
As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your primary duty is to devise innovative solutions to diverse inquiries, issues, and concerns.

  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries with care
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening
  • Handle confidential customer information with sensitivity
  • Aim to resolve issues on the first call through proactive measures
  • Communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience

  • Must be over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Preferred: 6 months of Call Center experience
  • Strong logical problem-solving abilities
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Proficient in using Windows operating systems
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
