Customer Account Specialist

Reports To: Manager, Account Services
Position Summary:
The role involves engaging with customers, distributors, and the external sales team through various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and faxes to facilitate order processing and address customer account concerns. The position also entails reaching out to designated sales territories to promote Aftermarket products and update clients on new offerings and monthly promotions. Building and nurturing robust relationships with assigned clients is crucial, as is collaborating with the external sales team to drive Aftermarket sales and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and sell traditional Aftermarket products to various centers.
- Handle incoming customer service calls effectively.
- Manage distributor orders and inquiries.
- Address Bowlero orders and inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with assigned Regional Sales Managers and District Sales Managers to align sales strategies and share insights.
- Execute prioritized call lists to maximize outreach.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Enhance market share against competitors.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Oversee the Customer Service voicemail box.
- Manage the Customer Service inbox efficiently.
- Facilitate e-shop customer onboarding.
- Encourage eShop adoption among clients.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Supervisory Role:
This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of fundamental sales principles.
- Capability to convey technical information in a clear and accessible manner.
- Experience in sales or sales support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft CRM is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and listen. The employee frequently needs to stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Work Environment:
The employee will typically work in an office setting.
Travel Requirements:
- No travel is required for this position.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience is required.
- Experience in bowling center operations or familiarity with bowling equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of QubicaAMF Worldwide LLC products and systems is a plus.
