Participate in crisis management planning and response, ensuring readiness and resilience in facing organizational challenges. Qualifications: Must have a Master's Degree in Mass Communications, Strategic Communications, Public Relations or any other relevant discipline. Excellent Copy-Writing abilities and experience working with communications agencies and internal stakeholders for content curation. Strong content design skills, Expertise with WordPress for company intranet/content management systems and PowerPoint for attractive presentations Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including WordPress, Adobe AfterEffects, and familiarity with SEO and email marketing strategies. (Preferred but not a hard requirement): 3+ years of relevant Marketing/Communications for mid to enterprise-sized organization and a proven-track record of driving employee engagement through interactive campaigns. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and multi-faceted campaigns, with a focus on delivering results and meeting key performance indicators such as increased Employee Engagement and other ratings systems beneficial for company PR. Experience in brand management, content creation, digital marketing, and project management, reflecting a capacity to pilot initiatives that drive brand growth and employee engagement. Strong facilitation skills, with a proven track record of efficiently exchanging resources and digital assets between business groups and third-party vendors. A background in strategic marketing and communications, in the retail or consumer goods industry and/or related industries is nice-to-have. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences through captivating content. Location:

Onsite, Greater Morristown, NJ-Area, unable to provide relocation, unable to consider remote, position is onsite 4-5 days per week at global company headquarters.
