Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Strengthen and cultivate relationships between our organization and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams and stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our membership base.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of servant leadership.
  • Manage partnerships with educational institutions, ensuring the fulfillment of agreements and exploring new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and execute engaging promotional strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of partnership investments and marketing efforts.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing briefs and lead discussions to formulate top-tier strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant marketing or partnership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven skills in sales, relationship management, promotional strategy, and leadership.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy objects.
- Capability to work in various weather conditions during outdoor events.
