Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
Role : Reporting to the Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager, the TA Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for non-management positions within the company. The TA Specialist supports the hiring process by collaborating with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and maintaining the integrity of data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Responsibilities :
Reviews applications and screens candidates.
Supports the candidate interview process.
Assists in developing interview procedures/kits and integrates into ATS.
Manage job descriptions in the ATS and job boards.
Implements candidate sourcing techniques and strategies to cultivate talent pipelines.
Build prospect pipeline for future opportunities.
Maintain templates in email, message, ATS, social media and other platforms.
Consolidates information and extends offers.
Represents Talent Acquisition at meetings.
Collects and analyzes recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assists in performing labor category (LCAT) equivalent analysis and compensation studies.
Ensures compliance with recruiting policies and regulations.
Qualifications
Ability to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (This is not a remote job).
3-5 years progressive experience in recruitment. Must have at least 1-2 years in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, experienced with interviewing sales or various corporate positions.
Skills in sourcing candidates and building pipelines.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred), Google Suite, hiring platforms (Indeed, Ziprecruiter preferred), and other recruitment tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service, organizational skills and efficiency.
