Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and facilitating orientation sessions.
  • Employee Records and Data Management:
    • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Manage HR databases and prepare regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, absenteeism, and employee demographics.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
    • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management when necessary.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in the administration of performance review processes, including tracking review dates and ensuring timely completion.
    • Provide support in the development of performance improvement plans and follow-up actions.
