Day Shift, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Team Leader - HR Services Consultant or designated representative.
Deliver exceptional customer service to employees and clients, effectively addressing HR and Benefits inquiries, issues, and complaints within the scope of responsibilities, or triaging as necessary for resolution.
Collaborate with the Payroll department to address pay-related concerns and ensure timely responses for customers.Maintain professionalism while managing high volumes of inbound and outbound communications, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about current human resources policies and procedures, employment processes, routine payroll and compensation services, benefits administration, HR/Payroll record keeping, and data entry.
Provide regular updates to leadership regarding call activity.Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. A minimum of 2 years of relevant HR/Benefits experience is preferred but not required.
Demonstrated strong customer service experience is essential, such as in retail, service centers, help desks, or hospitality.
Proficiency with various database and Windows applications is required.
Position responsibilities necessitate strong verbal (phone) and written communication skills to facilitate the delivery of Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll services to all employees.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is advantageous.
Must reside in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt from this requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying the choice to be exempt from vaccination upon hiring.
Compensation:
USD $34.52 per hour.
