Role Overview:
As a Reimbursement Coordinator, you will operate autonomously to deliver innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Your contributions will be vital in our dynamic, team-oriented setting, where you will leverage your skills to investigate, address, and resolve all banking and client payment inquiries. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a strong eagerness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and print all reimbursement documentation on a daily basis.
- Examine daily print logs and reimbursement requests for precision.
- Authorize reimbursements within the reporting system.
- Verify and reconcile all received reimbursement checks.
- Distribute all reimbursement checks via mail.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to uncashed checks.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates must successfully fulfill each of the Key Responsibilities. The following qualifications are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for success in this role. Required Skills:
- Proficient in 10-key data entry.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with MS 365 applications, including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Experience:
- One to two years of relevant experience.
