Research tax notices and communicates with agencies on behalf of the client. Prepare monthly data processing and financial statements for assigned clients. Prepare journal entries and post transactions to general ledger. Reconcile general ledger and prepare adjusting entries. Prepare year-end account reconciliations, work papers, and closing entries. Proficiency with Ultratax and QuickBooks is desired.
