This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial operations in a corporate setting. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are met and resources are effectively allocated. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Coordinate month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital management to optimize financial resources and support operational needs. Analyze financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies, business plans, and investment decisions that align with organizational goals. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to facilitate audits, tax filings, and banking relationships. Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional development. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in financial operations management. Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree and CPA/CMA certification preferred). Proven experience as a Financial Operations Manager, Finance Manager, or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting requirements. Experience with financial management systems (ERP), budgeting software, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting. Leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop a high-performing finance team. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions and recommendations based on financial analysis and business insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
