Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the GL and accounting operations team.
- Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Develop financial statements and perform variance analysis to support business decisions.
- Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial operations.
- Establish and refine internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Act as the primary contact for external CPA firms during audits and tax preparation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
