Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive experience in accounting management, particularly in the realm of General Ledger (GL) oversight and compliance with US GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the GL and accounting operations team.
  • Oversee the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Develop financial statements and perform variance analysis to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial operations.
  • Establish and refine internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Act as the primary contact for external CPA firms during audits and tax preparation.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Public accounting experience and/or active CPA certification is required.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of US GAAP principles.
