Position Overview:
As a Financial Operations Manager at Levy, you will be responsible for supervising financial activities, including reporting and cash management for designated accounts. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Finance Director to ensure that financial objectives are achieved and processes are streamlined.
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee cash management protocols
- Conduct reconciliation and assessment of balance sheet accounts
- Evaluate financial outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial statements
- Implement inventory and cost management practices
- Handle Payroll and Human Resources responsibilities
- Complete special assignments as directed
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least five years of experience in revenue management and financial reporting
- Experience in the foodservice or retail sector is advantageous
- Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
