The primary function of this position is to handle incoming calls, order entry for the assigned territory, and all email inquiries. This also includes any questions pertaining to product information, availability, and pricing. Prepare export documents when required, process Return Authorizations and assist dealers with questions.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Respond to high volume of incoming and outgoing calls
  • Respond to all email inquiries and PO's daily
  • Enter and code all PO's for assigned Regional Sales Manager Territory
  • Maintain individual voicemail on a regular basis
  • Assist co-workers when needed with department workload
  • Write-up product return authorizations for approval
  • Enter return authorizations
  • Provide inside sales support to Regional Managers
  • Answer all questions pertaining to product pricing & availability
  • Provide dealer with UPS and FedEx tracking numbers when required
  • Enter SR's (service repairs) for service department
  • Write up credit adjustments when needed for credit & rebills, etc.
  • Keep up with product changes, specifications, availability day-to-day
  • Refer end-users to local dealers in their region
  • Get familiar with company website for navigation purposes with dealers & end-users
  • Main email account designated for PO's exclusively
  • Prepare export docs for international PO's

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service and administrative experience
  • Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is desired
  • Call center experience is a plus
  • Must have intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and able to work independently with limited direction


Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
