The primary function of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, handle incoming calls, and respond to email inquiries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to high-volume incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Respond to all email inquiries and process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
- Enter and code all orders for assigned territories, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain individual voicemail and respond to messages in a timely manner.
- Assist coworkers with department workload and provide support as needed.
- Write up product return authorizations for approval and enter return authorizations.
- Provide inside sales support to regional managers and answer questions regarding product pricing and availability.
- Provide dealers with UPS and FedEx tracking numbers as required.
- Enter service repairs for the service department and write up credit adjustments as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with product changes, specifications, and availability on a daily basis.
- Refer end-users to local dealers in their region and get familiar with the company website for navigation purposes.
- Main email account designated for orders exclusively.
- Previous customer service and administrative experience.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM is desired.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Intermediate experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Possess exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and able to work independently with limited direction.
