Job Title: Associate Customer Relations Representative

At Applied Medical, we're committed to innovation and excellence in the healthcare field. As an Associate Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a vital role in our team, working closely with external customers and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter customer orders and understand the Customer Relations team's processes.
  • Comprehend and comply with safety rules and company policies.
  • Work directly with external customers and Applied Medical internal departments, such as Credit, Field Operations, and Shipping.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • More than one year of customer service experience in a call center setting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP).
