**Meaningful Work From Day One:** Scope/Basic:

Processing Operations Specialist serves as direct support for the Processing Manager and Supervisor. Duties include but are not limited to: Managing receipts, SAP entry, and related documentation to support the production of Jack Daniels products. Inventory management of materials used in production at JDB. Support production planning, as well as resource allocation, and supporting the needs of processing employees.

**What You Can Expect:**

+ Schedules delivery of raw materials and other ingredients as needed.

+ Manages shipments of bulk whiskey for domestic and export tankers.

+ Creates purchase orders for tankers of incoming spirits.

+ Ensure all JDB Processing SOPs are audited on a regular interval. Report findings or nonconformance Processing Manager.

+ Communicates with department leads, JD Scheduling department, and JD Warehousing to set weekly bottling schedules.

+ Assists with maintaining quarterly inventory for bulk spirits for TTB reporting, and maintaining monthly volumetric gauging of tanks.

+ Assists with scheduling coverage for vacations and other absences.

+ Orders and maintains inventory of all processing materials, including requisition requests in Coupa and SAP.

+ Responsible for tracking of whiskey from pour ups to ensure product traceability for food safety requirements.

+ Reviews and audits daily Process Orders to insure SAP inventory of all Processing tanks are correct.

**What You Bring to The Table:**

+ Bachelors Degree in Business or related field with 1 year of prior experience in import /export logistics of a beverage alcohol industry OR an Associates Degree in Business or related field with 3 years of experience in import /export logistics of a beverage alcohol industry

+ Good operating knowledge of SAP

+ Strong time management and organizational skills

+ Detail oriented and strong multitasking skills

+ Effective interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with others

+ Ability to work periodic overtime, support a 24 hour operation

**What Makes You Unique:**

+ Experience with TTB regulations and requirements

+ Certification to ship hazardous material managements
