The Ford Agency has an exciting opportunity for a junior fundraising professional to join the development team of one of the nation's leading healthcare research foundations. The Coordinator will be responsible for securing, managing, and stewarding its relationships with large corporate donors and will work closely with senior leadership in determining the organization's long-term fundraising strategy. It's an excellent role for a resourceful candidate looking for the next step in his or her career and support a worthy cause while working with a talented team of fundraising professionals.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Proactively identify potential donors to grow portfolio
  • Cultivate strategic relationships with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement annual engagement strategies
  • Attend and represent the foundation at industry-wide meetings
  • Manage fundraising database

Qualifications Include:

  • 1+ years of fundraising or development experience
  • Analytical and strategic thinker
  • Salesforce proficiency strongly preferred
  • Bachelors Degree required
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills

Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
