About The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Fundraising Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. As a full-time, hybrid role, you will partner closely with Sr. Campaign Manager and SFCG leadership to provide direct support to the candidate, campaign, and fundraising goals. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while developing your skills in campaign fundraising and data management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine call time priorities in coordination with campaign and SFCG leadership
  • Manage the full-cycle Call Time process, including staffing principals, prepping call lists, logging activity in software, and conducting follow-up calls
  • Track progress of call time programs and produce daily reports for campaign and SFCG leadership team
  • Support research of donor giving history and strategic mapping of targeted contributors
  • Assist with creation and management of fundraising events, including logistics, event staffing, list building, and volunteer management
  • Utilize data and campaign software such as NGP, CallTime AI, Hussle, and Tableau to drive campaign success
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in campaign fundraising and data management
  • Provide exceptional support to the campaign and SFCG leadership team
  • Work closely with the team to achieve campaign goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors and campaign supporters
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the campaign and SFCG leadership team
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective communication strategies
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve campaign goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the campaign and SFCG's mission, goals, and objectives
