Oversee the television, radio, and billboard commercials traffic schedule and coordination with the agency. Present creative ideas on new ways to promote the property via web, e-mail, and media promotions. Assist in planning and coordinating major events for Bally’s Dover. Assist in the design and scheduling of the Marquee messages for slots, hotel, and harness. Create job orders for all design needs for slots, hotel, entertainment, and harness. Monitor social media accounts for any follow-up needs and guest service issues. Proofread all marketing materials. Track expenses, reconcile invoices, and report forecast expenses to marketing and finance team. Ensure that all reporting is accurate, distributed appropriately, and on a timely basis. Assist Director of Marketing with administrative functions as needed. Provide exceptional customer service. Work safely, following all established safety rules and regulations. Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and guests. Follow all relevant policies and procedures. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS: Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS/EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Journalism, or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years’ experience preferred. Project management experience preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently; strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure. Professional verbal and written communication skills required. Ability to multi-task and balance numerous and diverse operations, as well as work well with all levels of employees and management. Strong interpersonal skills to foster client, vendor, and internal relations. Ability to provide excellent customer service. Fluency in speaking, writing, and understanding English.
