Aerotek is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to support operations.

Compensation: $24-$34 based on experience

Work Schedule:

Available for 2nd or 3rd shift

Role Summary:

This position involves acting as a Reliability Technician within the York facility, focusing on high-level maintenance tasks. The Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist will lead electrical projects and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge in maintaining, troubleshooting, and programming Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting production through the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all production machinery.
  • Overseeing general facility maintenance tasks such as plumbing, snow removal, event setup, basic construction, and painting.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a thorough understanding of manufacturing equipment installation and upkeep. Adherence to safety protocols, including hazardous waste management and lockout/tagout procedures, is essential.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Conducting periodic training on machine operation and maintenance.
  • Assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and related documentation.
  • Cross-training in various job functions as required.

This role necessitates regular attendance at departmental, production, safety, and company meetings.

  • Familiarity with hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Experience in automation and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
