Specialized Experience:

For the

GS-13 , you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the

- Interpreting housing program regulations and policies, tracking changes, and responding to various types of inquiries regarding program activities. Examples of such experience include:

- Conducting studies or reviews relevant to organizational goals and objectives of Federal Housing Administration programs; OR

- Working on projects and providing progress reports to management of programs that benefit low and moderate income persons; OR

- Providing technical assistance or training to non-profit entities or external stakeholders engaged in providing Federal Housing Administration programs; OR

- Performing trend analysis, reporting findings, and written recommendations to management officials for improvements, implementation, and evaluation of program areas

Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or

volunteer service .

One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following
