Your Responsibilities:

  • Welcome customers and provide complimentary hearing screenings
  • Gain knowledge about ear anatomy
  • Participate in a 6-week virtual training program to prepare for the state hearing instrument dispensing exam
  • Receive hands-on experience alongside a licensed Hearing Instrument Dispenser or Audiologist
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction with their hearing solutions

  • Willingness to relocate within the state after obtaining your license

  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is essential

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Assist in engaging 2-4 individuals daily for hearing tests
  • Achieve a dispensing license within 6-12 months, depending on state regulations
