Requirements

Minimum of three years of experience troubleshooting voice communications infrastructure Proficiency in working with voice gateways, carrier circuits, and DMARC Experience in academic or healthcare environments preferred Knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Unity technologies preferred Familiarity with Cisco UCCX-related technologies, such as Finesse for call center troubleshooting

Responsibilities

Make informed decisions that impact the system's operation Monitor and diagnose communications networks, equipment, and software for necessary repairs Identify and report carrier-related problems, including digital and analog circuits Collaborate with carriers for access to closets and equipment Install communications equipment as required Provide support to customers for inquiries on system features and functions Enter incident and request tickets in ServiceNow ITSM tool, ensuring accurate documentation of events and details for future reference
