TEi’s product line includes a wide variety of main steam condensers, feedwater heaters, moisture separator reheaters (MSRs) and auxiliary heat exchangers. This role isresponsible for the proposal development and project execution from a quality standpoint. • Review customer specifications and provide comments to potential cost adders as compared to TEi standards, code requirements, etc., at the proposal stage. • Review conformed customer specifications, document and incorporate special requirements in the MITP (Manufacturing Inspection Test Plan) at the applicable sequence. • Review and approve Drawings. • Generate job specific MITP (Manufacturing Inspection Test Plan). • Prepare Procedures List. • Respond to customer comments on submitted documentation (procedures, MITP’s, etc.). • Review NCR content prior to forwarding to correct dispositioner. • Review NCR content for disposition acceptance. • Approves procedures as appropriate. • Prepare National Board documents related to repairs and alterations. • Review and approve data packages. • Prepare data reports. • Oversight of the calibration system. • Provide input and/or develop and/or revise procedures as requested. • Validate Engineering documentation. • May be asked to assist with review of ASME and National Board changes/revisions. • Must be qualified and act as Lead Auditor for the Internal Audits. Job Requirements / Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: • A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or the Sciences. • 3-5 years relevant experience preferred. • Knowledge of general steel fabrication practices and processes. • ASME or other code pressure vessel manufacturing and Inspection experience. • Extensive experience in ASME, ASTM, Military, 10CFR 50, PED, Chinese Safety, etc. • Knowledges and experience with implementation of NDE processes, VT, RT, UT, MT, PT • Experience in Root Cause methodologies and Corrective Action tools and processes. • Experience in ISO 9001 preferred. • Knowledge and experience in reviewing and writing procedures. • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. • AWS QC-1 CWI or equivalent preferred. • Auditor/Lead Auditor preferred but not required. • Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other packaged software. • MS Suites, Outlook, SharePoint and Lotus Notes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
