We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to manage plant administration activities, providing crucial support to the Plant Manager and contributing to the efficient operation of our plant. The HR Administrator will be responsible for various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of plant-related processes. Responsibilities: Arrange travel accommodations, hotel reservations, and other logistical arrangements. Manage the VISA and passport process for all contractors. Assist the USA HR with the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Maintain data spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes. Review resumes of potential candidates. Provide policies and guidance on banking information, invoicing, travel expenses, and time sheets. Gather and revise time sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Track the mobility of personnel within the organization. Communicate with vendors to follow up on payments for external services (hotels, etc.). Travel to different sites when required to support plant operations. Stay updated on mobility policies and procedural changes. Handle Petty Cash and provide spending reports. Qualifications: Technical or university degree in administration, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Knowledge and experience in reporting. Capable of working in rotation shifts. Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and OHSAS 18001 is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
