Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee financial and operational aspects of the finance and accounting functions for the Puerto Rico Station.
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the local station GM and department heads to provide financial guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing teams, and external partners.
  • Drive process improvements and implement best practices to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
  • Supervise a team of finance staff and provide guidance and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Experience in leading and managing a support staff in a global environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP/AOE/BPC.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze systems and procedures to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with confidential information and ability to maintain confidentiality.
