Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Summary: Dealmoon's Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing necessary assistance to other departments. This position helps to maintain office inventory, assists the accounting department on expenditures, and provides a positive environment for Dealmoon employees.
Job Responsibilities:
•Organizes company special events as needed
•Answers incoming phone calls
•Orders food with the ability to pick them up as needed
•Assists in the preparation of monthly reports (Mid-Level of Excel)
•Assists in updating and maintaining office policies
•Orders office and kitchen supplies
•Generate monthly usage reports
•Sets up new hire hardware and install required software
•Cleans up work stations for terminated employees and prepares seating for new hires
•Handles employee and visitorbadge assignment, parking garage access cards as well as communication with building management
•Sorts and distributes incoming mail
•Prepares outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
•Handles Courier/Shipping/Delivery shipping label requests and the ordering of shipping supplies
•Assists in office management and maintains the general office environment
•Performs other office duties as assigned
•Flexible working hours, 30-40 hours per week.
Required skills:
•Bilingual (Mandarin and English) speaking/writing/reading
•6+ months of experience in an administrative or related role
•Associates or bachelor's degree required
•Proficient in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel
•Basic computer knowledge - plug and play
•Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
•Exceptional communication skills
•Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
•Be able to lift package over 20 lbs
•Valid Texas driver's license
