Your Impact The primary purpose of this role is to identify and drive execution of key projects in the process vertical of the AMP team in Enterprise Strategic Sourcing (ESS). The individual is expected to work in conjunction with ESS category leaders & teams, business teams, suppliers, legal and finance in identifying opportunities. This position is required to add value to ESS by enabling them to optimize their day-to-day processes, provide quality data and actionable insights from both internal and external sources and support their business goals and objectives. The individual is responsible for overseeing end to end project execution covering systems and process touchpoints. The individual is also responsible for continual improvement to ensure sustenance of data, process, and system implementations. What You Will Do Define, Lead, own and improve all global Source to contract (S2C) processes regardless of system.

Lead a team that supports development and execution of process strategy.

Own Standard operating procedure ( SOP) creation and documentation across all defined processes

Identify gaps and recommend/implement improvement projects.

Partner with key stakeholders by leading a team that will document current processes, define policies, and drive change.

Conduct a thorough assessment of existing procurement systems to identify fit, gaps and produce a process & technology roadmap that is in line with business requirements and ensure simplicity.

Identify sub-streams of process improvement projects.

Oversee implementation of identified process and technology roadmap

Help reduce risk by executing key changes across S2C operations.

Implement and monitor process

KPIs

in line with standards.

Work with stakeholders across Finance and Shared Services in reducing operational turnaround time and implementing the changes through automation (RPA, others) and / or system changes.

Help reduce turnaround time of overall S2C process.

Help arrives at optimal policies.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Business, Engineering, Science, or related field

8+ years Business experience

Exposure to indirect categories preferred (logistics, IT, MRO, supplies, services, facilities)

Exposure to process transformation programs either as a lead or part of execution team

Project management experience

Experience in either of Procurement / supply chain processes (Sourcing, contract management, supplier management)

Exposure to Procurement systems (Coupa, Oracle, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications: Sourcing experience

Understanding of vendor management and contracts

Exposure to spend data

Process mapping tools
