Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tax strategies that optimize our clients' tax positions while considering business goals, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide proactive tax advice and solutions, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Coordinate workload distribution, projects, and training initiatives within the tax department, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Five+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on Private Client Services/HNWIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to evaluate and articulate complex information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat, with knowledge of tax software and technology.
  • A CPA certification is required for this role.
