The Executive Account Manager (EAM) will report to the CEO and play a lead role in the growth of TrustCommerce by developing wide and deep relationships with our top 25 clients. They will also help add more products and services; all while achieving strong year-over-year growth. As part of the Leadership team this position will play a key role in the development and implementation of our company strategy and provide input into strategic business growth, and improvement decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Account management, legal and other teams to help Cultivate, develop, extend, and maintain revenue-generating relationships within 25 revenue producing clients.
  • Establish and maintain a positive rapport with focused group of partners and customers.
  • Able to learn, and understand partners and customer's products, services, and methods of accepting payments to foster solid, productive relationships.
  • Presents new products, services, and/or partnerships as released; potentially assists with drafting, reviewing, and editing copy including documentation, periodical content, press releases, and other client-facing communication.
  • Analyzes and assesses clients' needs to recognize business opportunities and to provide creative, customized solutions.
  • Maintains positive working relationship with clients and partners and influence at all levels within organizations.
  • Maintains comprehensive knowledge of all TrustCommerce and Sphere products and services including any changes within the payment processing industry.
  • Maintains current knowledge of competitor activities and industry changes, and serves as an "expert," providing information and recommendations to associates and senior management.
  • Travels to client/partner sites as necessary perform presentations and/or develop and enhance relationships.
Requirements

  • Understanding of transaction processing, PCI DSS knowledge preferred

  • Willing to go the extra mile.
  • Self-starter and creative thinker with strong leadership skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision toward the achievement of personal and team goals.
  • Results oriented professional who is assertive, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and communication concepts.
Required Education and/or Experience
  • 10-15+ years of experience in strategic partnership development and execution
  • Bachelor's degree required and MBA preferred
  • Demonstrable project management experience


Work Environment/Conditions

This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home. However, please note that attendance at onsite meetings is required periodically to collaborate with the team and ensure effective communication. These meetings will be scheduled in advance, and attendance is expected to maintain alignment and progress on projects.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Core office hours consist of an 8-hour workday. Depending on assigned responsibilities or projects, occasional night and weekend work may be required.

Travel/Location

This role requires travel, which could be up to 30% of the time, depending on project needs and client locations.

Annual base salary gross up to $250,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the Sphere salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and be based on various factors, such as qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of Sphere's total compensation package for employees.
